Manuscript Confidentiality

Every manuscript, outline, proposal and supporting document submitted to Grosvenor & Guild Press is treated as strictly confidential. Access is limited to the commissioning director, assigned editor and named production staff directly involved in the project.

Non-Disclosure Commitment

We do not disclose the existence of an engagement, the content of a manuscript, or any commercial details to third parties without the author's written consent. This safeguard applies from first enquiry through to publication and beyond.

Data Handling

Personal data is collected only for the purposes of assessing, producing and distributing the author's book. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with unrelated parties. Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations.

Author Rights & Control

Authors may request deletion of personal data or manuscript copies at any time, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements. Authors retain full copyright and control over how their work is used, published and promoted.

No Artificial Intelligence Training

Manuscripts are never used to train, test or improve artificial intelligence models. No content is uploaded to public AI platforms or shared with vendors who may retain or reuse the material.
