Distribution Partners
Grosvenor & Guild Press configures each title for distribution through the major UK and global retail pipelines, including Waterstones, Gardners UK, Bertram Books, IngramSpark and Amazon KDP. Availability and listing terms are governed by the policies of each retailer.
Retailer Terms & Acceptance
While we prepare every book to trade-standard specifications, final listing, categorisation and acceptance decisions rest with the retailer or distributor. We do not guarantee placement in physical bookshops or specific online positions.
Royalties & Revenue Flow
Authors retain one hundred per cent of royalties paid by retailers and distributors. Royalties are paid directly to the author by the retailer or distributor account registered during setup. Grosvenor & Guild Press does not take a percentage of sales revenue.
Pricing & Discounts
Retailers apply their own trade discount structures, which affect the net revenue received by the author. We advise on recommended retail pricing but final pricing and promotional decisions are controlled through the author's own retailer accounts.
Returns & Quality
Print-on-demand and short-run titles are produced to order. Quality issues attributable to production are addressed directly with the printer. Retailer return policies vary and are governed by the terms of each platform.
